Charles Forbell (1884 – 1946) was an American cartoonist who drew Naughty Pete, a thematic precursor to Winsor McCay’s Little Nemo in the Sunday pages of Pulitzer’s New York World before he went on to draw humorous, invariably convoluted full-page cartoons for Life and Judge.
